TAURON Arena Kraków

TAURON Arena is the biggest multifunctional arena in Poland. The LED screen covering the exterior of the building, perhaps its most distinctive feature, holds the record for biggest advertising screen of its kind in Europe with a total length of over 500 meters.

TAURON Arena is located only 4 km from the Main Square, in the picturesque surrounding of the Polish Aviators Park. The venue is tightly connected via public transport to the nearby Main Railway Station and to the Krakow Airport. Furthermore, the car park offers 1,300 spots for CS:GO fans who plan on driving to the arena.

Deemed “one of the most attractive cities in Eastern Europe” by the Financial Times, Kraków will host the 11th CS:GO Major Championship. The former Royal capital is currently the second largest city in Poland and one of the country’s leading economic, cultural and academic centres.

Kraków is served by John Paul II International Airport Kraków–Balice located 11 km west of the city. The Polish city is also part of a well developed railway network, that connects it to major European capitals such as Vienna, Prague, Berlin or Budapest.

The city’s Old Town, along with Wawel Castle and the Kazimierz district, were placed on the First World Heritage List, created by UNESCO in 1978.
